As you can see, my name is Madison McCoy, and I am an artist based in Tallahassee, Florida. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors in Studio Art at     Florida State University.  Before this, I have constantly been creating and asking my friends to pose for hours as I draw their portrait. 

​

I am specifically interested in storytelling, portraiture and the mend between an elaborate illustration and an electric comic book. Specifically, my faith and the individuals I meet daily inspire me to transcribe messages, illusions, and questions. I want to push and expose the battle we encounter between light and dark forces through my high use of contrast, bright colors and child like motifs.
